You are correct sir. I have a V1 ReadyNAS Duo. I apologize for the misinformation.
I am running firmware version 4.1.13. It says it is the latest version.
I think she just unplugged it. And how do I mount a USB to the ReadyNAS?
No, the 3TB wasn't formatted, it was empty but I don't think it was formatted.
I'll try re-starting the ReadyNAS and attaching the drives.
