User account deleted?

I'm using my ReadyNas with 4 HDD of 2To each, in Xraid mode.

I have one public shared folder and one folder linked to a user account. Doing a mistake, I deleted the only user account of the readynas, so now the linked folder seams to have been also deleted.

I always have access to public folder.

Is there any way to recover the data of the folder linked to the user account?

I think you are talking about the "home" folder for the user (sometimes also called the "private" folder).

If so, you will need to use data recovery if you want to try and get the data back.  If you want to try that, it's important to prevent any changes to the data volume (no writes to the NAS).

Netgear offers a data recovery service ( https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service ).  Some users have had good luck with a software program called ReclaiMe.
