Ah a 100Mbit switch. I presume the F stands for "Fast Ethernet". Get a Gigabit switch. Also make sure you are using Cat5e or newer ethernet cables. Cat5 is fine for 100Mbit but doesn't cut it when you move to using Gigabit.
