I have reviewed the information from the system logs of your NAS. It seems like disk 1 on your NAS has 43 reallocated sectors. The usual threshold is about 100 but it would be better that you back up the data on your drive 1. Your drive might fail in any moment so it would be better to replace it now with a healthy drive. Since you have RAID 1 setup, the new drive replacement should automatically sync with your current volume once you insert it

It certainly means the NAS thinks that.  Is the volume status degraded?  What disk model(s) are you using?

I'd power down the NAS, pull disk 1, and test it in a windows PC with the vendor tools (Seatools for Seagate, Lifeguard for Western Digital).
