Volume expansion failed - 2790 GB * (6-1) = 3690 GB
I have just set up a ReadyNAS Ultra 6. Loaded with 6 x Seagate ST3000DM001-9YN166 drives. RAID5. RAIDiator 4.2.22 This doesn't look right. What can I do to correct it? I clicked "Expand...

This is a new setup?
Do a factory default via System > Update > Factory Default. Note a factory default wipes all data, settings, everything so backup your data first.
Most likely your unit shipped with 4.2.15 or earlier. You installed 6x3TB disks and they were recognised as having very roughly 750GB of capacity. This gave you your volume capacity of 3690 GB.
You then updated the firmware and it recognised the full capacity of each disk.
There is an 8TB online expansion limit over the life of the volume. Since 3690 GB + 8192 GB is less than what the NAS is trying to expand the volume to expansion has failed.
Best to do the factory default to get a clean setup on 4.2.22
