Want to Install MySQL on ReadyNas Pro
I would like to install MySQL on my ReadyNas Pro to be able to run a multiuser version of DBGallery (a photo organizing database). Can anyone advise ho to do this? I have been advised that I need to...

Hi andthanks for your reply and the link.
I have installed MYSQLON and that is working.
Also installed PHP and PHPAdmin and both are now working, although I did have to install Putty and go into mySQL on command line to be able to create a user and get into the PHPAdmin homepage.
So now the Admin program is running - however any program external to the server (in other words running on my connected Windows PC) such as MySQLAdmin or DBGallery cannot connect to the server, even using the exact same username and password as that I use to get into phpAdmin!
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
