Where can I download the firmware 4.1.12 for USB BOOT Drive.

Ok, here is the problem.

I upgraded my firmware from 4.1.8 to 4.1.12 and everything was fine. Then I did a factory reset process like I normally have done, I went into the RAIDar software, "click setup", navigated though some pages to select " X-raid"then it tells me that it will create the volume however nothing happens beyond this point.

Normally RAIDar will having the volume light flashing blue I think and it will start the process and/or reset and stuff...

However, it just said " click setup" on the RAIDar and the unit I think said something like " waiting for RAIDar"

I keep clicking though this process over and over again but it won't seem to take to the readynas( NV+).

So it seem like maybe something is wrong. Maybe a bad drive? I am not sure.
