why NAS install app smb plus after I can not hide no permission folder for user
Hi all ,
I have question I fllow KB explanation install app SMB Plus and turn ON unreadable & unwriteable option save,
I use Win10 or macOS catalina file browser to connncet samba, hope no permission user account login NAS can not see no permission folder,
but as before I always can see all folder in my file brower, Whether it has permission or no permission.
NAS version :RN526x 6.10.3
SMB Plus version :1.0.8
I fix it cause, I use SSH login to readyNAS and edit file of smb.conf.overrides,
add "access based share enum = true"
save it and restart NAS or key in commad " service smb restart " to reset SAMBA sevice program.
admin@TPEDENAS:/etc/frontview/samba$ vi smb.conf.overrides
hide unreadable = yes
hide unwriteable files = yes
access based share enum = true
server min protocol = SMB2_10
