Window shares set up and WD TV Live
Hello guys. I've had my readyNAS duo v1 for a few years now and I just recently bought a WD TV Live box for my TV. Now, I have a bit of a problem as the TV box can't see my readyNAS in window share...
I myself am french. My English is not bad but trust me when I say that 10 years without practicing spanish just killed it and that a few weeks is not enough to learn russian and polski ;) So I totally understand, as will everyone here. Particularly because your English is quite good, not perfect (mine is not either) but easy to understand, so don't worry.
You used the word yourself, usually a media server designate something that streams media contents over the network, like a DLNA server or an itunes server.
Can you post (or link) what was said exactly by WD guys ? it will probably help to narrow down the problem.
It shows up just fine when I search for it as a mediaserver
