I love my NVX and it has been working fine since I tried to move my business files from my laptop to my nas then enable offline files on my windows 7 pro laptop and boooom! I find myself on this forum looking for a solution. Come on netgear get your act together, the ready nas is a premium product when compared to other devices and users expect this functionality to work!
