just a single user has full read/write to the shared directory. The user is bhoth. I have set up the rights using advanced sharing in Win 7.
Another issue I am having is even if I point to bhoth/Documents. It still fails as Win 7 uses some type of symbolic link for 3 directories:
from c:\users\bhoth\music to c:\users\bhoth\Documents\My Music
from c:\users\bhoth\Pictures to c:\users\bhoth\Documents\My Pictures
from c:\users\bhoth\Videos to c:\users\bhoth\Documents\My Videos
Even using advanced sharing, I have no rights to these linked directories. I have verified this just browsing from another windows box that I have no rights to the linked directories.
How are others getting around this? Using Win XP to setup a share works perfect.
Thanks
