I tried to map the network drive and input the correct server and share name. It does pop for user name and password. No matter what user name or password I use, it won't go through. Here is the error information.
The mapped network drive could not be created because the following error has occurred.
The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.
I used IP address and get same error.
Please help. Thanks.
