It must means that the NET utilities don't have any connection open. It's not a problem.

It means that SyncbackPro has a connection open to the NAS - and that is it not using admin as the username.

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
This shouldn't be happening. Does the NAS respond to ping when this happens?
