Worst Support EVER!! Who can support mystora.com ??
Hi .. I just got no help from Netgear support on my stora. Worst part, it is their mystore.com that is at fault. Im furious!! If this is how they treat customers, I will never buy netgear again !! ...

Just to clarify, I followed the factory reset procedure step-by-step as specified in the Stora manual. Everything worked perfectly.
Now, when i type in the IP address to the NAS as specified, it does not take me to a login screen, but rather to the "Registration" screen : http://<local IP>/admin/wizards/setup/wrapper. This screen only gives one option : type NAS key + nas name and submit to mystora.com. I have the key but not the name. Does not matter what i type, it simply fails and does not allow me to continue.
Now you know as much as i know ... :cry:
