Worst Support EVER!! Who can support mystora.com ??
Hi .. I just got no help from Netgear support on my stora. Worst part, it is their mystore.com that is at fault. Im furious!! If this is how they treat customers, I will never buy netgear again !! ...
I think with the stora, once you choose a name, it is permanent, even after a factory default. Netgear support are supposedly the contact if you forget this name.
