Worst Support EVER!! Who can support mystora.com ??
Hi .. I just got no help from Netgear support on my stora. Worst part, it is their mystore.com that is at fault. Im furious!! If this is how they treat customers, I will never buy netgear again !! ...
Before you buy a Synology consider that synology support may not be perfect and undoubtedly the Readynas forum is more useful than the synology forum. Also read about btrfs , snapshots.
