Would I benefit from using HyperV on NAS?
I have a 4200 V2, the spec on the NAS and my Server 2012 box are identical except my Server has 16Gb of ram.
At the moment, I only use the NAS to store files, my Server 2012 machine host a Win 8 VM for my Blue Iris security cam software. I've expanded to more cameras and my VM is using almost max CPU with just blue iris running.
Would I benefit by running the Win 8 VM and Blue Iris on the NAS?

- Left this on the back burner but I just received some more HD cameras and would like to have this done before I have them mounted.
Is it possible to run the VM on the NAS so that it can do all the processing to take all the loads off my server? What are my options here?
