X-RAID Disk Failure During Resynch

Unfortunately you can't. XRAID doesn't support downsizing the array.
The only options are to replace the 3 TB drive or do create a new volume and restore the data again.

Sure - I just wish I had an better answer for you. Rebuilding the volume is a nuisance.
