Access to Insight VPN is not available
Hello.
Anyone knows about any service problems with the Insight VPN Cloud Access? Today (2020-06-03), at noon GMT+2 (approx.), we could not longer connect to the VPN portal (the Insight VPN client did not find any VPN groups). The VPN group ist still in the (mobile) app, but when connected to the BR500 through the "PC Interface", the following message turns up;: "Access to Insight VPN is not available" and under VPN MAP (Dashboard Menu) the following message can be seen : "VPN not open or not join in VPN group.".
The Insight VPN client logs in to the user account, but after that the usual screen with VPN group/s does not appear (message: "the VPN Group list is empty".).
Very weird, indeed...
Anyone knows anything about services shut down today, or any other ideas why this problem turns up?

The services shut down today as mine is showing "VPN Group list is empty".

Hi BIG9MM,
We are observing connection issues with some of the Insight VPN servers. Some users may experience issues connecting using the VPN client, as well as VPN groups reporting disconnected.
Engineering is aware of the issue and their investigations are ongoing.
