Harddrive will not start when disk is inserted

Hi,
I have a ReadyNas DUO RND2000 V2. After having it moved, it will no longer start when the harddrive is incerted. Nothing happens. It simply doesn´t start.

If I remove the disk, the ReadyNas starts and the blue lamp starts blinking as it should.

What is wrong ?

And how do I get access to my harddrive?
