The data cannot be recognized because of the different CPU type of the two models.
I recommend to make a separate backup of all your data from the HDDs. Then you could format the HDDs and use them in the new RN424. Of course you can do this only if the discs are compatible with the new device, you can check the compatibility here.
When the new RN424 is installed you could paste your data from the backup.
Alternatively, you can decide to buy a support contract and then our engineers will help you with the displacement.
