Hi CES001,
Google Chrome, and other internet browsers, has stopped ssl1 support.
So you have to use an older browser to access your device.Doesn't work: Chrome and Edge (I will escalate to add yours).
Currently Working: IE11 (EOL June 2022) and Firefox 97.0 (however it alerts that TLS 1.0 and 1.1 will not be supported in a future release). Pale Moon.
Good day to you,

Hi Valerie,
Thank you for your reply.
Ok, i will retain a copy of Internet Explorer for that sense, so that i can access the admin page.
The second part of my question was: is there a way i can update the firmware of my NAS to the latest version without getting these error messages ?
Best regards Chris

Hi Valerie,
Do you have time to look at my question how i can update my NAS ("is there a way i can update the firmware of my NAS to the latest version without getting these error messages ?") ?

Hi @CES001,
Sorry for the delay.
Did you try to use IE or Firefox?
You can use the second method in this article:

Hi Valerie,
I am using Brave as a browser.
And in the second post i wrote:
"I tried to upload RAIDiator-arm-5.3.13 but i receive an error message. Checking if there is an update from Internet also ends with an error message....."
Question: could it be that RAIDiator-arm-5.3.13 is not the right piece of update i need to use ?
In other words: can you please help me by informing me which version i need to use ? And maybe i need to update it first to a certain software level, and then later to the latest level ?
I really hope you can help me....
Thanks a lot !
Best regards Chris
