I had the same issue — my router randomly disappeared from the cloud portal and the re-add page kept malfunctioning.
What worked for me was:
- Logging out of the portal
- Clearing browser cache
- Signing back in using a different browser
- Rebooting the device and re-adding it
Once it synced again, everything stayed stable.
