cant install my insight device(way610) to My Nighthawk (ax1800)

Installed my new networks where I started with the access point (ax1800) in Nighthawk. But in the program I could not add my insight devices (wax610, wax610y). Also, I can not add my ax1800 in insight. So I can not make any mesh network of my three devices. How do I enable them to communicate with each other?

    Please, can you tell us first your network topology and the model of all your Netgear devices, ax1800 being a speed and not a product model :)

      Hello @ymmij12,

       

      RAX20 is not supported by Insight. So, cannot add it to insight.

       

       

      What is your needed topology?
