Can't allocate ip, can't enter management

After I update the official firmware to R8500, it cannot be used.
I suspected infinite restart before, but sometimes this is not the case.
I have brushed a lot of official different versions of firmware, and now I can’t distribute ip by wired, nor can I connect to Wi-Fi.
Speaking of turning bricks, I tried to save bricks online but tried the tutorial. Or not.
