I am in China. The router I use is NETGEAR RAX50 AX5400. I have an HP War 66 laptop, and its network card is Intel AX211 WIFI 6E 160MHz. The speed test result in my bedroom is that the download is only 77Mbps. My broadband is 500Mbps, but at the same time In one location, I used an iPad Pro 2020 to measure the speed. Its network card is wifi6 80MHz, and the speed test result is downloading 415Mbps. Why is this? Why is the speed test result of wifi6 80MHz much faster than 160MHz?

Key limitation under the China regulations is the fact that the only 160 MHz channel range available is in the channel 32..68 range - and half of these are subject to DFS and/or TPC. The 817/817 Mb/s link rate shown can indicate interferences with other heavy users where we easy see some high 21xx/21xx to 24xx/24xx link rates negotiated elsewhere.
