R6700AX. Router can't connect to internet. 路由器无法联网

My English is not native language, so I hope you don't mind it.

My router model is R6700AX. I received it on April 27th and it was full new. 

I set my R6700AX "block all new devices" yesterday. However, I can log in the router, but it can't connect to internet any more. 

I checked the connection status, it kept showing "detecting".

Even though I set "Allow all new devices" back. It still has the same issue.

My previous Netgear router has the same issue, too. 

I tried to restart and reset to "factory setting". The solution was not resolved, yet. 

Can anyone help me?

路由器的型号是R6700AX。我当时买的是全新的，4月27日的时候收到的，一直用得好好的。但昨天设定了「封锁所有新装置的连线」后，今天就不能用了。现在的情况是可以登入路由器，但是路由器就是无法联网。

查了一下路由器的状态，一直就显示「正在侦测」。

就算我设回「允许所有新装置的连线」后，路由器仍然无法联网。

之前Netgear的路由器也是这种情况。

我试过重启和恢复出厂状态，问题仍然无法解决。路由器就是没办法联网，请问大家有什么解决的办法吗?
