Allow me to create description names for my ports

I am using this in a house but in the Utility I should be able to add in a descriptive field to the ports so I know the location mapping of the ports to areas in the house without having to look at them from a piece of paper, or my failing memory.

Simple solutions, significant impact to understanding the utility functionaility.
