Insight portal improvement: warn if adding device but out of site credits
If you are new to Insight and setting up a new site, and don't realize which devices come with insight credits vs. don't, you may add a device when the site is already out of credits which results in failure of the device to ever register successfully to the site. You will just see "not accessible" in the status of devices list. This is not intuitive UX. The system should warn you e.g. "This site has 0 available device licenses. You won't be able to manage this device until you allocate credits, delete it, and re-add."
Esp since simply allocating and rebooting doesn't fix; you seem to have to delete and re-add the SN after allocating credits. This is a very poor workflow and just cost us an hour on hold waiting for support wondering whether a new insight managed switch was defective.
