Found out from NETGEAR Support that your case # 43363127 got closed due to no response at your end. It is because the Level 2 Support Expert who is assigned on your case tried to call you back several times on the contact number you have provided but it seemed to be invalid and there is no option to leave a voice mail. Also, follow-up e-mails were sent to you and you only replied once when you provided your contact number then after that, no response at all from your end.
