PR60X allow reordering of firewall rule(s) by priority number

Enhance the UI to allow for reordering the priority of one or multiple firewall rules by:  

1 - Selecting one of more firewall rules to be reordered.

2 - Providing a pop-up list of existing priority numbers so the user can choose at which position to insert the rule(s). See mock-up below.
