Add Meural gesture disable setting

Yes please, the system just doesnt work as intend. It often registers random inputs and is always changing my pictures.

I've been talking to support for weeks and even got a new one but it never stopped. The only bypass I have for this bug is using lists with only one item. Very poor design choice to not be able to turn gesture control off.
