Add netgear downloader to R7500

1)Pls add the netgear downloader feature to R7500 as we have in R7000 model.

This is a must feature to make our downloading task easier and smooth as it stores to the USB directly.

2)Also, the landing page once the user logs into routerlogin.net can be changed to some other less resource hungry page. The current landing page takes a lot of time to load to check the internet connectivity and all other widgets on it.

3)Pl reduce the start time and reset time of the router. Its supposed to be one of the fastest in the market now but any change in the config needs a restart and it takes away this fastest badge out of it.
