Add same schedule functionality to block services as wifi schedule

Block services schedule options are too basic with only being able to set 1 schedule and then choose which days to use. Would be better with option to set multiple schedules and choose which days each is active. Use case as an example is that we have a mobile phone signal booster connected to a D7000 router. If I schedule the wifi to turn off at night the kids will just switch to using mobile data bypassing controls and pushing up phone bills. I have set a schedule to block traffic to/from the booster after a certain time but can't extend this at weekends with only 1 schedule being available
