Add Spectrum Analyzer tab to User Interface of CM3000 cable modem

Hello, I recently upgraded from a Motorola MB8600 cable modem to a Netgear CM3000. The Netgear seems like a great modem, however, one thing I really miss is the spectrum analyzer tool for troubleshooting upstream RF problems. I heard that the spectrum analyzer is available on the CM3000 if you use port 8080 (192.168.100.1:8080) however, certain ISPs, such as Comcast/Xfinity restrict modem access to port 80. So for those situations, the only way to access the spectrum analyzer tool would be for Netgear to add it to the User Interface on TCP port 80.
