Add support for accented characters in blocking lists

I need to block multiple domains that contain accented characters in the url (for example yoütu.be, where the u has an umlaut (sp?) over it.) Anything with an accent in it is rejected and will not save to my block list. I tried changing the language on the router to German and tried saving it again, but it was still rejected. This would be a really handy feature, considering that accented characters exist in a lot of languages, and thus urls and keywords would have accents as well.
