Here's a workaround:
Under 'Internet Settings' change the DNS servers from 'Get Automatically from ISP' to 'Use These DNS Servers' where you can specify a primary and secondary DNS server.
These DNS servers will be included in the DHCP request replies to connected clients.
Still, one would expect these settings under 'Advanced' > 'Setup' > 'LAN Setup' > 'Use Router as DHCP Server'
