Allow access to NTP server and firmware download server through LAN port

Please allow accessing NTP server and firmware upgrade download server through LAN port.

Currently, the router will only detect NTP server and firmware download server through Internet (WAN) port but will not bother to check the LAN for any NTP or firmware server.

I have two RAX45: first one is used as router to the Internet, and the second one is used as a wifi router but no Internet (Internet port is disconnected). Both are connected through LAN ports.

On the second router without Internet connection, I should be able to update the firmware and synchronize time through LAN. All devices connected to the second router (Internet port disconnected) can still access the Internet through the LAN port connected to the first router with Internet connection. Currently, the router itself will not use LAN to check the NTP server or firmware download server.

I am not interested in putting the second router in AP mode or anything to do with connecting the routers through wi-fi. They are already connected through faster and more secure LAN.
