Since many people seem to have trouble adding 2.4GHz-only (smart) devices to the Orbi, I would propose adding a configuation setting that allows users to disable the 5GHz WLAN (either a toggle, and/or on a timer, after which it gets automatically re-enabled). And, for parity, the same option for the 2.4GHz WLAN.
Right now, the only options are to either turn the power on 5GHz all the way down to 25%, or to telnet in and disable the band from the command line. I suppose adding a 0% option under Advanced > Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings >Transmit Power Control would achieve the same thing, so that's another way to help with this problem.
I would also propose making this an opton from both the Orbi app and the Orbi web configuration page.

- This would be a simple solution to a very troublesome problem with many smart devices.
