Allow Orbi Voice to be included in Alexa Multi-Room Speaker Group

I've been waiting for 6 months for the Echo Groups to include the Orbi voice. I want to get more of the Voices, but it's not worth it till the groups is enabled. 

I just installed my Orbi Voice.   I love my Orbi but the entire rationale for the Voice includes multiroom aiudio.  This is a major feature gap.  Considering sending it back now and if I do this was the deal breaker.  

Multiroom music is an essential feature for a smart speaker.  

Grrrrrrrrr did this netgear I could code this in ten minutes!

The product has potential, but implementation sucks. Not only is it not supported for grouping, it also will drown out my actual echo products that support near field (answering from another room 40 feet away as I stand in front of my echo show) I had to mute the "Alexa" feature so that my echo products would work as intended.

Poor follow up Netgear. Overall disappointment.

The lack of this feature really has me reconsidering my Orbi purchase. I was attracted to this voice device because of my investment in echo and Alexa but this basic speaker feature does not work.

I am also very dissapointed.  I can send an announcement from my Alexa App to all my Alexa communication enabled devices (Echo Dots) except my Orbi Voice?  The Orbi Voice was purchased to be my main multi-room speaker/communication device and cannot communicate (announce or take phone calls).  :smileyfrustrated: :smileymad:

can someone please outline to me what the point of having this is if it cannot join a speaker group!? Who plays Alexa speakers by themselves? Probably only people who live in apartments... which in turn are NOT people who buy MESH wi-if systems. Please, this is an easy fix!

It's pointless an OrbiVoice if we cannot add it into a multi room group... Seriously...

Anyone from NetGear even reading these? Can someone with a recent  purchase submit a support ticket? I went through the phone and ticket system for weeks and they promised to follow up but I never heard back and now my free support window has closed.
