Allow setting a schedule for LB2120

I would love to be able to set up a schedule for the LB2120 when to switch to Cellular / Landline.

e.g., Use Cellular from 11:30pm to 6am

This sort of setup would deal with the "I have to fall asleep to video" streaming -- so that's done on my unlimited-but-slower Celluar data, and the normal daily internet usage uses the faster, but limited-data, landline.
