I do not install apps on my phone so you need to allow the ability to turn off the Armor security from the Web UI.
There should NEVER be anything an app is able to do that you can't do on the actual web UI.
I switched to Netgear from an ASUS router that I loved and I am already starting to regret it.

Armor is only controlled by the mobile apps. You can enable or disable it there.
