Armor vulnerability scans - Trigger when mobile device connects to local network

For mobile devices that may not be connected to the local network when a vulnerability scan has been automatically scheduled, the current scheduling method doesn't really work very well. It is often the case that mobile devices like iPhones etc. may never be scanned, because they end up at the end of the scheduling queue for the short periods they are connected.

Currently, most of my mobile devices are shown in the Armor app as : "X Not scanned yet" this has been the case for several weeks now.

Thus, Armor scan scheduling should be changed so that for a mobile device, a scan is immediately scheduled when the device is reconnected to the local network, so that the Armor app gets updated to show results of the scan.
