Automatic "failover" to cellular when wired data limit approached

So, I have a somewhat backwards scenario.  My wired ISP has a 1TB limit, and my wireless is unlimited.

I would like the LB2120 to be able to monitor the *wired* data usage, and when it hits, say, 90 or 95% of the limit (that I set), it automatically switches to cellular-only util the billing cycle date? (basically, the reverse of what it can do now).
