Same exact issues - over 1TB for the last 2 months - going to have to add an unlimited data plan at $50/month with Xfinity vs putting $150-$200 into a new router/mesh system. Have 2 satellites and plan to add 2 more and happy to give Netgear my $ as I've been loving Orbi - but now I'm stuck and cannot run a 1999 test each device one at a time method without dedicated days on end of sitting and starring No change in our home usage - no gaming - no 4k streaming - no new users or squatters - the conspiracy theory would be Orbi won't enable/add this feature b/c they know the 5g backbone transferring data between router and satellites is, in fact, using up data - beyond my pay grade - that said - I've scoured the web for answers/help - many many forums are noting this concern mostly in the past 3 months and nowhere has Netgear posted any acknowledgment they've heard this concern or that there is any roadmap plan. Prepared to give Netgear until year-end to address a plan and give Xfinity $50 for Dec for unlimited data - after that I'll be moving to a new system very sadly - have referred Orbi to lots for friends and family and sad to leave what was a great innovative (not mesh) product for a lesser but more user friendly solution.
