So how come almost every Xfinity customer is reporting same issues over the last couple of months? I myself have passed the 2 month “courtesy”. I upgraded speeds and have 4K TV now. However, I’ve maybe streamed 1-2 movies during last two months. No other changes and my usage has spiked three fold. I also need to see what device is hogging the data. On a side note, my download in traffic meter shows as 1,480,000 MB last month!! How can that be? Isn’t that 11TB??
