Better content filtering needed. Inappropriate content accessed using default text app for Android

The default texting app on our Nokia phones has a gif search function that uses ip addresses instead of hostnames to send the search requests to. As far as I can tell there is no way to block these, or any, ip addresses. And the results that come back are not filtered enough. Porn gifs are available this way.
