Bug in iOS Orbi app after email change

I recently changed the email associated to my netgear account. Since then I can't access the Security tile in the iOS app. When I click the tile the app tries to authenticate and fails. I see an unknow error.

    You might want to post that in one of the other areas, especially if you want advice on how to fix it.

     

    Bug fixes don't really count as Idea Exchange For Home

  • I know. But I've been looking everywhere for a place to file bugs. Inwas hoping someone would pick this up or point me in the right direction.
