That's a suggestion for fixing things, not for a new idea. So you might want to try it in the appropriate section, where people talk about the Nighthawk App.

I can exit the app with no problem. So take us through the steps you go through and where it goes wrong.

 

And tells us which app you mean. Android or iOS.
