Charter Spectrum symmetrical service

Charter spectrum just confirmed to me today that none of the netgear modems will work with symmetrical service from spectrum..After talking with the technician and 4 experts on the phone there is something in the coding that doesn't match up to provision these modems or possibly any modems right now except the ones from spectrum.
